Göteborgs Musikkår bjuder in till klarinett-workshop tillsammans med den ungerska klarinettisten och instruktören Tamás Nagy.

Lördag 26 oktober, kl 10.30-13.00
Tamás har studerat klarinett vid Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Egyetem i Ungern.

Workshopen hålls den 26/10 från kl 10.30 – 13.00.
Du behöver vara på plats runt kl 10.00 med din klarinett.
Det blir en kort fikapaus i mitten.
Workshopen hålls på engelska med följande innehåll:
An interactive presentation, covering the technical issues of clarinet playing.
The instructor will explain and present things and participants will do the exercises together.
The following topics will be covered:

– breathing
– air leading/support
– embouchure
– warm-up exercises with the instrument
– practicing tips and tricks
– performance tactics
– practical issues (reed positioning etc.)

It will be around 15 minutes per topic. Some of these cover general truths about wind instrument playing, not definitely only clarinet playing.

From around 12:30 until 13:00, there will be a questions & answer session with time for individual questions, wishes, ”problems”.
